Friendly Security Guard. Got a door before my appointment time. Safety Vest Required. Never brake your seal. They will do it for you at the dock. Back up, leave 10ft and wait. They will come out to inspect and brake your seal. Then open your doors, back up drop your trailer and park your truck on the side. They will bring your BOL back to you.

If I could I would give this facility 10 stars! There is plenty of parking for the overnight before the facility. Security staff are real pros, efficient, friendly. Check in office has spacious and spotless clean bathrooms for us truckers. Loading was very fast. Overall this facility is organized and everyone working there is friendly. Fast and easy check in, loading, check out. If all other facilities were at least as half as organized as this one, truckers’ lives would be easier. Ten stars for all the staff at Starbucks DC.

Hello Starbucks! I was reading all the reviews upon arrival and got very disappointed at first but was hoping for the best! My appointment time was scheduled for 1pm ,so I spent the night right there on the side of the facility, woke up at 8am and was little bit struggling to go to the security and try to get my self checked in,guess what they gave me a door right away and got me unloaded! All I'm saying is very professional guard and wear house folks! Thank you so much for saving me a bunch of headaches
